Born and raised in Jersey, Danielle's love for the arts quickly grew while studying at ArtsYOUniversity and Ballet Technique. Soon after graduating, she continued her training in New York City through programs at Steps on Broadway, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and Synthesis Dance Project. Danielle is also a graduate of Broadway Dance Center’s Professional Semester.
Some of Danielle's performing credits include dancing on Hasbro's national television commercial for Britney Spears' Twister Dance Rave and dancing in BC-EFA's Gypsy of the Year with the cast of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark as well as numerous musicals and plays. She has assisted choreographer Al Blackstone (Capezio ACE Award-winner, Happy We'll Be) in the studio and for Hall of Fame's Fashion Forward 2015.
More than anything, Danielle's passion for teaching has grown exponentially. She is a certified teacher with the Associated Dance Teachers of New Jersey and has studied and been mentored by the legendary teacher Lynn Simonson, choreographer/director Al Blackstone, and teacher/choreographer Susanne McClure. Her lifelong goal has been to pass down the tools necessary to succeed as a performer and as a person that she learned from her mentors to all of her students.
Currently, Danielle teaches at Dance Arts of Yardley, VIVA Ballroom | Dance | Fitness, Central New Jersey Ballet Theatre, and Chambersburg Dance. She is also a guest faculty member at KICK Dance Studios and Rock School West. Email her to book a private lesson or to inquire about her current teaching schedule.
Danielle's most recent adventure in the dance world has been that of storytelling through dance. Her choreography has been taken to national competitions, galas, and fundraisers in New Jersey and New York. Videos coming soon!
Give a woman a computer, and she will conquer the world or make you a topnotch website. You can choose. Danielle is a freelance web and graphic designer by day and a dance teacher by night. While performing in NYC, she fell in love with design and began teaching herself the ins and outs of creating websites for both creatives and organizations. The combination of design and dance gives her a unique prospective when designing as she understands the balance of original and usable, professional and fun, and organization and flow. Check out some of her work below or catch her any local coffee shop near you.
